Please select the type of trademark you wish for us to file. If you would like a word and a logo mark (for example, Coca-Cola is a wordmark for "Coca-Cola" and a logo mark for the red script), please fill out one application for the logo mark, and a second application for the word mark.
Please upload a picture of your logo in-use.
Will you use this mark to sell products or services in more than one category? For example, kitchen goods and pet supplies would be two categories.
Please select the number of categories you sell in that this mark will protect.
