ATTORNEY-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP

A signed Engagement Agreement is required to create an attorney-client relationship. Nothing in the Francissen Rafelson Schick PLLC websites is to be considered as creating an attorney-client relationship or indeed any contractual relationship or as rendering legal or professional advice for any specific matter. Submission of your case information via our case submission form or purchasing a service from our online store does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Purchasing a service from this store does not create an attorney-client relationship. After our team has conducted a conflict of interest check, we will send you an engagement letter to sign. Until you have received and signed this engagement letter, you are not a client of FRS. You should not submit any confidential information to our law firm until after you have signed an engagement letter with our firm.

In the event our conflict of interest check discovers a conflict, we will promptly refund all of your purchase price for any services you have purchased from our store.
